National Apprenticeship Week 2026: Spotlight on Hannah Burnett and Our Partnership with NITE
As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2026, Insignis Academy Trust (IAT) is delighted to see our very own Hannah Burnett, Strategic Lead for Teacher Development, featured in a national employer spotlight.
Hannah has been instrumental in driving excellence across our schools, and our collaboration with the National Institute of Teaching and Education (NITE) highlights the incredible opportunities available within our Trust through the Apprenticeship Levy.
Developing the Next Generation of Educators
At Insignis Academy Trust, we believe that the best way to support our students is to invest deeply in our staff. For several years, we have partnered with NITE to provide robust, flexible, and high-quality training pathways.
Hannah has worked closely with NITE for the past eighteen months, ensuring that our trainees receive the best possible start to their careers.
"We use NITE to facilitate our apprenticeships across the Trust—it’s a great way for trainees to train," Hannah shared. "The course itself is fantastic. The tutors are so readily available, incredibly knowledgeable, and always come back promptly."
